Article 1 — Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

Service Provider: SAJ Recherche B.V., registered in Amsterdam, CoC 96790954.
Client: the natural or legal person who commissions the Service Provider.
Assignment: the Client's request for investigation services.

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between SAJ Recherche and clients. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3 — Quotations and agreement

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed upon written confirmation by SAJ Recherche or at the start of work.

Article 4 — Execution

SAJ Recherche carries out assignments to the best of its ability, in accordance with professional standards and applicable legislation, including the Wpbr and GDPR.

Article 5 — Fees and payment

Payment is due as per the quotation. Standard terms: 50% at start, 50% upon delivery. Payment term: 14 days from invoice date.

Article 6 — Confidentiality

SAJ Recherche is bound to strict confidentiality regarding all information provided or obtained in the course of the assignment.

Article 7 — Intellectual property

All reports, analyses and other documents produced remain the property of SAJ Recherche, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 8 — Liability

SAJ Recherche's liability is limited to the amount charged for the assignment, with a maximum of EUR 5,000.

Article 9 — Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
